US Standard Flat Rate – Free Shipping

• Available in the continental United States
• Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
• US Postal Service First Class Package Mail Service

 Overnight

• Available in the continental United States
• Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
• Orders placed before 4 PM PST will arrive within the next business day
• Orders placed after 4 PM PST will arrive within two business days

Shipments To International Addresses

Duty and Taxes – The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Shipping – Please allow 5 – 14 business days for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges – The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping charges and documentation needed to return the product. Please allow 5 – 14 weeks for refund or exchange to be processed. For UK, we provide free prepaid return label to a UK fulfillment Center.

Refusals – If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Multiple Shipments

• Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based on the items included in each shipment. The total shipping and handling will remain the same – you will not be charged more than the total.

Multiple Delivery Addresses On One Order

• When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.
