2. Mulpiple Items and Manual Returns:

go to My Account page and login to go into your Order, Click on Request Return and choose the Item you would like to return and submit your request. We will email you a free return label within 24 hours if you are located in the United States and the return is made within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your returns and refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. If your purchase is over 30 days, please call us at 1-800-208-0080 and we will try our best to help you out. For returns within 30 days of shipping and returning  from outside of the United States, please send the item back with an trackable insured mail or courier of your choice, Your returns and refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.

Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for exchange or refund within one month of the purchase date.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached within 30 days of the invoice date. Full refunds are issued within 2 business days upon proper receipt of returned merchandise.

Merchandise received after 30 days of the invoice date will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit based on the current selling price.

Include the original packing slip with your return for faster processing of your refunds.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that shipping charges incurred from online orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or the item sent was discovered defective.

If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, the fastest way is to create an automatic return from the link above and in the meanwhile order the one from the website. If you prefer for us to handle the exchange for you, please include a note for the color/size you would like to exchange it for inside your return package and we will send out the exchange upon receipt of your return properly. Keep in mind though item you are looking for might be out of stock by the time your return is received, in that case, we will contact you for further instructions on exchanges or refunds.

International Returns: For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange when shipping ground within the contiguous United States. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping.
