Returns & Exchanges
Don’t love it? Don’t worry—returns and exchanges are easy and free. Simply go to Request Return page and submit your automatic return request from there and we will email you a free return label within 24 hours if the return is made within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your returns and refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. If your purchase is over 30 days, please call us at 1-800-208-0080 and we will try our best to help you out.
For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online or call 1-800-208-0080 for assistance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for exchange or refund within one month of the purchase date.
Standard Online Return Policy
All returns must be purchased from jcashmere.com.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached within 30 days of the invoice date. Full refunds are issued within 2 business days upon proper receipt of returned merchandise.
Merchandise received after 30 days of the invoice date will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit based on the current selling price.
Merchandise marked as Final Sale may not be returned nor exchanged.
The original invoice must accompany your return.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that shipping charges incurred from online orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or the item sent was discovered defective.
If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
Returns made after 90 days cannot be accepted.
International Returns: For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange when shipping ground within the contiguous United States. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping.
